An outstanding blend of comfort, location, culinary excellence, and heartfelt hospitality.

Cons: Just better linens would be great, perhaps some maintenance, yet from a budget and the busy traffic of tourist they're handling, they've done well. Recommended.

Affordable and Comfortable

Pros: Room is simple and clean! Staff are very helpful too (-: Location is pretty convenient as it is just located right beside Berjaya Times Square.

Nice

Pros: The location was perfect, i would recommend bukit bintang to any tourist looking for a place to stay. The staff was friendly and looking forward to help. The room was ok, no luxury, it was clean, the sheets were soft and the AC was working well. The bathroom was kind of modern and clean. They give you their whatsapp and you can send them messages to ask for room service (it arrives in minutes) or anything you need

Pros: I like that this hotel has its own cafe which the travellers can order from the room :). The receptionist was nice and you can just whatsapp or call them and they immediately fulfilled our requests.

Cons: They weren't helpful like we carried our own stuff and they didn't show the room which I hope they can improve (even though the hotel is small).

Excellent location to explore KL

Pros: The location is excellent as you are very central to everything and I walked around a lot during my stay although 2 stations are very close to the hotel. The internet was uber fast which was great, the shower was decent and the AC seemed fine although I swear it would change by itself at times. The staff are very friendly and attentive too.

Cons: Can't really be helped now but the room I was in was tiny but for me (being alone) was fine. TV didn't work and can hear people outside quite easily but this wasn't that bad, just if people are talking in the corridor etc.
