Great, new and well maintained property. I have stayed here twice now and loved it. Good option for a comfortable quiet

Pros: New and clean rooms, great hot shower. A little out of the way so less traffic when being picked or dropped off. Also, there is a store downstairs which is also convenient to get snacks from.

Cons: Pool was great but always seemed busy and loud with kids. Plus there were only a few loungers which were occupied whenever we went. A little further out than the other hotels right near KLCC etc but still relatively walkable depending on weather. Plus, Grabs are super easy and affordable.

Great location, friendly staff and wonderful facilities.

Pros: The breakfast was great with a wide variety of buffet options as well as the chefs on had to cook eggs. Lovely range of cereal and fruit and cheeses as well.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like other than not staying a bit longer.

Great stay and not so welcoming buffet staff

Pros: Love the 24 hour gym access and decent buffet spread

Cons: I did not feel welcome by the buffet staff. The main staff managing the front desk of the buffet had came up to me to ask for my room number even after I had given the info.

Exceptional customer care

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Element Kuala Lumpur, and what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of care and attention they show to their guests. From the very beginning, the team went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and happy. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and beautifully designed. It offers delicious and well-organized breakfasts, a fantastic gym with stunning views, and a beautiful swimming pool. Everything is spotless. I would especially like to thank the hotel manager for his outstanding support, professionalism, and cooperation. His willingness to help and find the best possible solution made a huge difference in my stay, and I am deeply grateful for that. This level of dedication shows how much the team truly cares about their guests' comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values exceptional in service, attention to detail, and a team that genuinely wants you to leave happy.

Amazing stay, friendly staff and great location

Pros: Location was amazing, had a free upgrade though not a skyline view room but was still nice either way. Room service was quick and efficient, and the daily room cleans were done amazingly.

Cons: Directions to reception could have been clearer as it was abit confusing for me as the hotel layout isn’t what you would normally expect

Excellent stay. Loved it.

Pros: Excellent location with walking distance from some really good cages and of course KLCC. Service levels were excellent with service staff actually going out of the way to first intimating about some misplaced items and then helping to get it delivered to us even after checkout.

Cons: Food Menu could be more exhaustive.
