Very pleasant.

Pros: We were given adjacent rooms with communicating doors - very convenient. Plenty of space, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Staff friendly and helpful when we needed to book extra nights due to flight problems, which we could do through Booking.com. Close to LRT train underground station and park and Suria shopping mall with plenty of restaurants etc.

Cons: Bit disappointed that the hotel’s restaurant is fully booked due to Ramadan, but lots of others nearby. Shower control in bathroom is unique and not intuitive!

Pros: Close to KLCC. Big rooms with kitchen and lounge Slightly dated but comfortable and reasonably priced . Helpful and professional staff Big buffet breakfast

Cons: As with most buffet breakfasts food can sit and get cold - poor fruit selection. Very busy do get there early. Staff very good and helpful

Beautiful and comfortable stay in city centre of Kuala Lumpur

Pros: Perfect location, great breakfast, staff were super friendly and we got a great suite with a lovely view of the city to top it off!

Cons: The tennis courts weren’t open which was a shame but other than that it was great

Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Amenities were ample for a few days stay. Breakfast was adequate, but can be improved in terms of variety. Best part are the pastries...just divine. Main reason in picking this hotel was of course the location. Everything within wlaking distance, so convenient.
