But overall, really good value for money 9.8/10

Pros: Really nice and helpful staff, the room was pretty clean and smells really nice.

Cons: Nothing much, I just wish the water heater could be hotter, the waiting lobby was outdoor so it wasn’t the most comfortable.

Cosy & close to Bukit Bintang nightlife.

Pros: The staff. Hot shower. Strong air con. Comfortable bed. Free cold water machine.

Cons: The long que at 2pm, the earliest checkin. Noisy corridor. Wifi not secured. Slow lift.

Great location and price, but bathroom cleanliness was a serious issue.

Pros: I liked its location — it’s very well situated in a central area, close to everything. The cost-benefit ratio is good. Overall cleanliness of the accommodation I’d rate 8/10.

Cons: The bathroom cleanliness was poor, I’d rate it 5/10. There was a lot of mold, and it’s clear that regular cleaning and disinfection are lacking. This area definitely needs improvement.

Pros: The location is excellent—just a short walk from Bukit Bintang City Centre and Jalan Alor Food Court, and only 12 minutes to the nearest light rail station.

Cons: The room is quite small, but you get what you pay for.

Would recoment.

Pros: Location is very good. Super helpful reception. Sth went wrong with he AC at 4 AM. We called and after few minutes the recption girl herself came up and fixed it .Next morning we left a credit cart in a restaurante and the other girl called and found it and fixed the return and pick up.

Cons: Bathroom could be cleaner.
