Pros: The hotel room are nice & clean..the staffs.are also friendly & helpful..will come back to stay again..

Cons: The room tv did not have interesting programmes to watch..should have 1 or 2 channels with movies.. Unable to watch local channels too.. The hotel should improve on this..😊✌️

My partner and I had a terrific and easy going stay, couldn't of asked for a better hotel

Pros: Room was modern and tidy and was cleaned on time and well. Receptionist were really friendly and polite, always ready to help. Facilities and promotions were great!

Great location, good rooms and easy to get to.

Pros: The breakfast selection was very good. Anamul provided an excellent service everyday at breakfast. We also really enjoyed the canapé in the afternoon.

Pros: Right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, Staff were fantastic- friendly and helpful. Room was good size, and very quiet despite being so close to main area. Fantastic food offerings right next door and opposite the hotel, and the tea/wine hour was a lovely touch.

Would stay again

Pros: We received a friendly and warm welcome. Our room was great. We loved the mini hamper of goodies plus the drinks in the fridge. A lovely touch. Brilliant location for bukit bingtang. You can reach Changkat just from turning right outside the hotel and it’s a v short walk. The restaurant on the corner outside the hotel is one of the best we ate at in our 3 weeks in Malaysia.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff!

Pros: Location, staff (especially big compliments to Munira and Farid- their customer approach was exceptional and should be taken as an example) We loved that hotel offered afternoon tea( which actually includes also hot dishes, cakes, fruits so you can really can have a full stomach after that:) hotel has exceeded our expectations ! Hotel offers complimentary drinks from bar inside the hotel room. Beds are spacious snd comfortable! Amazing stay! Thank you!

Cons: Personal choice but for me pillows were too soft but Hotel can arrange for you pillows as for your preference !

Highly recommended!

Pros: Amazing location, in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The room was spacious and clean. A plus was the view: Petronas Towers. Ample choices for breakfast, and different every morning. Really great quality food. They offered a happy hour in the late afternoon- I managed to join one day. Staff was attentive and helpful, from receptions to security staff, restaurant staff. They helped us making some bookings at restaurants and spa. It had been an absolute pleasure being in this hotel.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect!
