Pros: The location is great, hotel is clean and staff is very helpful . Breakfast was very good but very basic. Not much variety compared to 2024 when I was there.

Great location and accessible to many things like shopping, site seeing and restaurants

Pros: Room was supper cozy, and had lot of space. Location was great. Just opposite the Pavilion mall. Walking distance to Suriya Mall and Petronas tower.

Loved my stay!

Pros: The standard of everything was very high. Clean, comfortable and very attentive staff. Location was amazing. Right next to all the action!

Cons: Soundproofing of rooms was not great. I was on the 24th floor and still could hear traffic from the road. Could hear if people were in the hallway, if someone flushed a toilet etc. That did damage the premium feel of the room slightly.
