Pros: The location was great with all facilities and the view was splendid.Would certainly book there again on next visit.

Good Location

Pros: The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to Pavilion at Bukit Bintang. It's also about a 5-minute walk to TRX. There are two pillows per guest, which I found to be a big plus.

Cons: There are only two cups in the room, so I suggest bringing additional cups for brushing teeth. It's quite noisy when people close their doors. The lobby and elevators are always crowded and busy. No international television channels are available, and YouTube or Netflix functions are also not available.

Enjoyed the walks along the bridge to different parts of hotel.

Pros: The pool on the 37 floor was lovely, the 10 floor garden area and outdoor gym was also great alone with kids play area

Cons: I think more hooks in the bathroom would have been better. For Towls or wet coats

Pros: Excellent services..... From the counter staff to the security staffs..... Very popular among the tourists..... Very busy and well located to the pavilion.....

Cons: The lifts inside were stuffy.
