Great staff, location is excellent, brilliant food

Pros: Great staff, always trying so hard to please! The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent and being able to order food and drink from the pool was convenient, and the pool itself was lovely with amazing views Being able to do our own laundry with the washing machines and dryers was super helpful too

Pros: Breakfast was cool. The hotel is clean. Stuff is great with exception of the reception which were like cold but still professional.

Cons: The price not match the value. The hotel is a bit overpriced comparing with other hotels nearby.

Pros: The room was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a varied daily menu. Special thanks to Alia for her warm and attentive service, please share our appreciation. The concierge team was also friendly and helpful.

Cons: The bed was spacious and comfortable. The pillows were acceptable, though I would have preferred a firmer option.

Pros: I love the cleanness and the staff they are so friendly and kind specially reception and the restaurant. Even the security guard are nice and friendly.

Loved the stay, facilities, location

Pros: The hotel is very good, very clean, timely housekeeping, quiet, and has many facilities. I love the washing machine access. The halal breakfast at level 40 is fantastic with a great view. Staff are friendly. At entrance (ground floor) Mr Azhad helped me with cab bookings, he is very helpful and made it easy for us to load luggage and book cabs as we have a baby, and we were on international flights with luggage. Pavilion Mall, TRX mall, and Bukit Bintang train station are within walking distance of 5 mins walk. For Friday prayers, Bukhara Masjid is about 15 mins walk or 5 mins by cab depending on traffic. I'm from Singapore and I find this hotel very good.
