Very happy customer here. We had a nice view of the city as we are located at the corner. Love the city lights and view.

Pros: It was convenient and the staff are very nice, kind, friendly and helpful.

Cons: No. Nothing at all.

Pros: We loved the location and the staff from the very polite bell hops to reception and the breakfast staff. Very helpful whenever we approached any one of them with any requests.

Cons: Didn't like that the hotel wanted to charge us for a pillow. We had 3 in 2 single beds and we wanted another one. They told us it was chargeable.

Overall it was a pleasant stay and don't mind to stay there again in the future.

Pros: Very good location,not congested area and near to Pavillion and TRX. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and still look updated. Most importantly the room rate is just right.

Cons: The room is a bit too close to each other as noise from other room can be heard.

Pros: Bed is comfortable. Air-conditioning is good. Employees are friendly & attentive. Basic necessities are met.

Cons: Towels are old. I've stayed here several times and lately the towels provided are clean but not in good condition, with threads coming off the towels. Please replace.

Pros: Quick response from the various departments from reception to front office, house keeping and facilities to discomfort from air-conditioning is not functioning properly.

Cons: Nothing much as it was quite bearable on most days.

Pros: Strategic location, easy access to Pavilion, Blt Bintang area and TRX. The staff are well mannered and very helpful made me and my family at ease

Cons: There was some uncomfortable smell in the lift.

Our overall stay was exceptional. We would definitely return!

Pros: Overall, we had a pleasant experience, though there is room for improvement in some areas. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the cleanliness was top-notch.

Cons: noticeable stains on the bed sheets and pillow covers, which was very off-putting. strongly suggest a more thorough 'double-check' process for fresh linens.
