Good location and value for money

Pros: Thanks the upgrade by check-in was our stay was even more fabulous. Room was very clean, spacious and quite. Bed was large and comfortable. Location of the hotel is very good within walking distance of the Petronas Tower. Pool area is large, need a bit cleaning. Wifi work well.

Cons: For the breakfast we missed western food

Relaxing city break in KL

Pros: The location is excellent, very close to the Pavilion Mall and to Bukit Bintang. The hotel has beautiful premises and a very big pool for such a central area. During our stay there were very few people using the pool, so the atmosphere was very relaxing. The studio room is big and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the services of Mr. Saddam from the cleaning staff on the 5th floor, as he always promptly responded to our requests and adapted to our schedule, making our stay totally stress-free. The reception staff at check-in was also very nice and helpful.

Cons: The breakfast buffet includes Malay, Chinese and Indian options, which were sufficient for us, but guests who prefer more Western options should take this into account.

Lovely Hotel

Pros: Location, short walk to down town area or bukit bintang. The craft centre pretty much next door is well worth visiting. Excellent breakfast but not too much western choice. The evening Barbeque dinner was amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the large swimming pool.

Pros: I love Royale Chulan. Staff are friendly and so helpful. Room sre clean. Breakfast was amazing. Near to MRT. Just a perfect stay !!!

Cons: Just make sure iron are clean. If your clothes are in bright colour, might leave stain from the iron

Hotel has a traditional feel but is showing signs of age like myself.

Pros: Good location. Large room. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

Cons: Poor selection of food at breakfast although there were many food stations they did not offer much. People at the Spa were unhelpful and refused to show us the facilities unless we made an appointment.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and large spacious rooms.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were a highlight to catch up with other team members without being rushed. Swimming pool. Clean rooms. Small shop on-site was very handy.

Cons: Would have liked swimming pool hours to be open later at night. Room overlooked the big fan system outside so that was a bit noisey but couldn't be helped. Not noisey that it was hugely distracting but enough to notice it.
