Relaxing and calming even though amidst the hustle and bustle of the city
Pros: The smell of the essential oils and that we get to pick the essential oils we like during turning down service. I loved the breakfast venue. The scenic view of the twin towers and the food selection. I also like how convenient it is to access Pavilion.
Cons: That the lobby is on Level 53 😅

A near perfect stay.
Pros: The amenities of the hotel was top notch, and they thought of everything to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was divine, especially the curry mee and the accompanying sambal!. Kudos to the chef!
Cons: Unfortunately, it may have been a one-off but 2 incidents made my stay just slightly less then perfect. 1. Was welcomed by some left over stains in the toilet bowl upon checking into my room. Although housekeeping came promptly to clean it up, it shld not have been there in the first place. 2. Was somewhat dissapointed with how a request for a later check-out was met with a rather curt reply of a straight 'No', 'Our rooms are booked back to back'. Even if the hotel couldn't accede to our request, the staff could have been a little bit more empathetic or gave alternatives like offering to store our luggage after checking out as our flight was later. Although we did get a slightly later check-out from another staff who called back later, the earlier incident had already left a bit of a sour taste at the end of oir stay.

Great rooms and service, but overpriced and missing key luxury facilities.
Pros: The rooms were large, comfortable, and well designed. Customer service was great and the staff resolved our issue quickly and professionally. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and luxurious.
Cons: The hotel is overpriced for what it offers and lacks facilities like a jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room. The ground floor entrance is underwhelming with nowhere comfortable to sit and wait. For the price, complimentary minibar items should be included, and communication could be improved.

One of the best hotels to celebrate anniversaries with loved ones!
Pros: This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in so far. We celebrated our 2nd year wedding anniversary and the hotel does provide decoration packages to make the room more lovely with petal roses and balloons. And they gave us a slice of cake as complimentary. The room is big enough and the bathroom is awesome! And the room smells good too because they provided the essential oils of your choosing. The check-in process was good, the amenities were great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a bridge that connects to the Pavilion KL mall. Quite convenient. The breakfast selection was pretty awesome too. Maybe not all are as tasty but most of them are delicious enough for us. It was very fulfilling.
Cons: I honestly can't think of any. The room size and the cleanliness and the amenities provided was satisfactory. Nothing to complain about.

Marina Bay Sands comfort for 1/4 the price
Pros: We had stayed in Marina Bay Sands a month before. This is as good - better even - at 1/4 the price. The breakfast is fabulous. The staff are helpful & friendly. The rooftop meal on 58th floor is good, but limited menu. The steaks are excellent. The very top 59th floor has to be visited for view. There is an overhead walkway direct from hotel to Pavilion SC across the street by taking a lift near entrance beyond coffee dock. In turn, from Pavilion, you can walk all the way indoors to KLCC & Petronas Towers.
Cons: Would be petty to complain about anything
