Fabulous short vacation with friends👍

Pros: Very central to everything and attached to Pavilion mall on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Pool and Gym on the 18th floor and generally lovely hotel.

Pros: Convenient location and very well-trained staff from front desk, concierge, restaurant, right to the housekeeping team - everyone I met was extremely polite and ever ready to serve and assist.

Cons: Curtain is a bit dated.

The location makes it 👍

Pros: The location was pretty good. Staff always nice and quick to respond. Comfortable beds and good shower pressure. The housekeeping staff are very nice, helpful and super welcoming.

Cons: This is a solid 4 star hotel. Not a 5 star as they advertised. The bedroom smelled of humidity, old dirty carpets and stained footboard bench in room 1310. Also, you'd expect a mini fridge in a 5 star hotel.

Super five star hotel close to all the action in Kuala Lumpur

Pros: Almost everything. The room (I think I got an upgrade to a corner room with a separate closet area), the location, cleanliness, the bed turndown facility in the evening, the different smells on different days of the week, the polite staff, the shower room and breakfast.

Cons: The breakfast service, mainly the live cooking stations cooking eggs and parathas, could have been speeded up by having more staff. Had to wait in-line too long to get fried eggs, omelets and parathas. Some other food items ran out (e.g. satays) and didn't get replenished as quickly as it should.
