Wyndham Suites KLCC

Perfect location and premises!

Pros: The location is near to KLCC Park, monorail station, Pavilion and Aquarium. View from room is spectacular( we were on 36th floor). Apartment is quite spacious and has everything you need, even wahing machine! There are two kids play areas but unfortunately these are quite expensive. Pool area is on 8th floor and there is also a pool for children. Breakfast area was on 48th floor but we did not take breakfast. 10/10 and would come again!

Cons: I read previous feedbacks and many complained about the smell from first bathroom. There was a smell but nothing you cant handle.

Pros: Excellent location for sightseeing, attractions, outings, and dining. The accommodation is very spacious. The pool is incredible! Having breakfast on the rooftop is surprising and captivating.

Cons: The shower drain was clogged. I had to unclog it. There was no hair conditioner. We found a pair of slippers under a bed. There were only two towels for the pool, even though there are three of us. There was a bad smell in the apartment throughout our stay (like sewage).

Stunning view and great location!

Pros: The view was stunning, the staff was helpful, the location is great, close to the park and Petronas Towers.

Cons: Breakfast was not so great, very crowded and constant lack of coffee, plates, clean tables etc. Although the apartment was spacious, we only had 3 beds for 2+2 family, I do not think it should be offered to 4 people on Booking. Kid’s room was in fact tiny wardrobe, with 1 small kid bed and no window.

Pros: The suites is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and one big living room, suitable for family to stay. The decoration is mordern style. WiFi quality and speed is quite high. Compare to other suites they provide more water(4 bottles/day) and soft drinks in the mini bar. There is also infinity pool and kids land at 8 floor for free to use. The most important point thing is the suite have reception, so it's very easy to check in and check out or communicate with the service agent. But overall speaking, I like the suites very much, and I'd like to recommend it to my friends.

Cons: The only disappointed point is all towels and toilet paper are not so good, doesn't match to the facility level.

Pros: worth it!. no problem with the room at all. it is spacious , comfortable and clean ! hotel is child friendly and good location.

Cons: the hotel restaurant and cafe is no go, below hotel standard. hotel is affordable so its too crowded during peak season.

It may not be fully 5‑star, but for the price it’s a great choice

Pros: A very beautiful hotel in a top location. I especially want to praise the rooftop pool and bar. The hotel manager responded immediately to my comments (and compliments) with a letter and assured me that the shortcomings would be addressed. Impressive.

Cons: Although the hotel is very nice, in my opinion it does not meet the standards of a 5‑star property. Maybe I was just unlucky, but in my case I encountered an unfriendly receptionist

Fantastic hotel to stay in KL

Pros: The room is very comfortable, and the location is superb. Great for value!

Cons: The hotel needs more check in kiosks for faster and smoothies check-in experience.

Perfect stay that situated beautifully in the heart of KL

Pros: Literal perfection! One of the best hotels/apartment suites I've stayed at. The room was incredibly comfortable with amazing facilities like 2 bathrooms, 2 beds and a kitchen that is well stocked. The view from the room was beautiful pointing towards the KL Tower.

Cons: The lift can be annoying at times as multiple stops leaves a small window to get your floor in before it decides to go to a different floor.

Pros: We had a fantastic time here. As a stop over from Europe to Australia we could really be comfortable and chill. Pool area and pool was nice, restaurant, breakfast was pretty good.

Cons: Pool didn’t get the sun until the afternoon.

A memorable and comfortable stay during a very special family occasion.

Pros: Although I did not have the opportunity to personally enjoy the Sky Lounge breakfast on Level 46 due to my tight schedule, I managed to view the breakfast spread. The selection offered a delightful combination of international and local favourites. The presentation was appealing and everything looked fresh and appetizing. The location is exceptionally strategic. Despite being situated in the heart of the city, the residential hotel provides a peaceful and comfortable environment away from the usual urban noise. It is also within walking distance to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, making it highly convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

Cons: It would be ideal if the swimming pool areas for adults and children were separated. Some guests may prefer a quieter and more private space to relax, especially those seeking a peaceful experience.
