Amazing and relaxed

Pros: Brought my family to stay here for a night and it was absolutely amazing..the place is so clean and complete with all needed utilities..it’s very private..will definitely come here again

Cons: I didn’t appreciate the other foreigners whos also staying there..these white people was asking the children to be quiet at the pool..it was sunday,school holidays and a big pool..what do they expect? Rent a higher hotel next time if they want complete silence..anyways wasnt the property fault..still enjoyed our stay here

Another wonderful and relaxing stay – we can’t wait to come back!

Pros: As returning customers, we absolutely loved our stay! As always, we felt so welcomed, and our room was perfect. We especially enjoyed listening to the birds chirping outside our balcony. We love strolling around, but it’s also great that getting a car is always easy. Esther and her staff are always so helpful and ready to assist.

Pros: Anne & the team are very attentive e.g. room cleaning, etc. Pool is great.

Wow, what a place and highly recommended!

Pros: 10/10 EXCELLENT! Highly recommend for all travellers. Great location and super quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, spacious and had everything you needed for your stay. Shared lounge area and nice swimming pool. Great value for money.

Pros: The staff were welcoming and did whatever we needed. The area was quiet but fairly close to the city centre. The pool was very good. The rooms were exactly what we needed. We have been to 5 twenty Ampang several times and would not hesitate to go back.

We enjoyed it just as much as the previous 5 occasions.

Pros: We have stayed there before and we will stay there again.. The staff have always been exceptional and the rooms have always been comfortable. We also like the pool.

It's worth it, especially if you like a smaller properties and a little peace of quiet.

Pros: It was cosy, clean, quiet, and I really liked the swimming pool and common areas.

Cons: We arrived late at night and there was no hot water. They did fix it after we addressed the problem, but we had to deal with a relatively cold shower the first night.

Nice place in embassy area

Pros: This is a strange residence of small apartments. It's comfortable and clean with a nice pool and the middle eastern restaurant nearby is open late and has delicious food.

Cons: This place is a little out of town and 25 minutes walk from the station with no taxis though the bus is a bit closer. You may prefer to take an uber.

Clean rooms just out of the city

Pros: Secure accommodation in a safe area. The pool is clean and great for cooling off. Esther is always helpful and easily contacted via WhatsApp if not in reception. She kindly let us check out late for our late flight. About 25 mins walk to KLCC, but Grab rides are cheap and certainly better for any further than that. 5twenty is recognised by the Grab app, so it is all very easy. Decent places to eat can be reached easily on foot in 10-15 minutes.

Cons: It was occasionally a bit noisy at night. Quite a loud wedding evemt across the road one morning, but I'd guess that's exceptional.

A great stay for KL. Will consider returning.

Pros: The pool was great and the weather was decent enough for us to enjoy it. Also, the location in the embassy district felt calm and quiet (apart from Chinese New Year’s fireworks!). Cheap laundry and additional food options were appreciated.

Cons: Pool being used by other guests after 9pm (actually midnight) and also spitting in the bushes.
