Classic Malay House in KL City Centre

Quirky little treasure trove only a short train ride from centre

Pros: Quirky, one of a kind accommodation with wonderful hosts who gave us food recommendations and sorted out a minor problem that we had. Really enjoyed meeting them.

And authentic local experience, a short subway ride away from Petronas Towers.

Pros: The accommodation was a unique Malaysian experience that was built with love by the owner’s husband. An authentic local experience in close proximity to Petronas Towers via a short ride on the public transit. The owner herself was extremely friendly and helpful, and her daughter runs a small café with homemade hamburgers, right next-door.

Cons: We enjoyed our stay there.

Pros: Ms Sherifah our host has gone beyond to treat us as VIP guest in her house. The house really has the vibes and ambience of a classic Malay house albeit with good supporting modern amenities Its location is near to LRT Damai station which is perfect for our plan of exploring KL via train

Pros: The place is like an anthropology museum! Everything is so well minded set up, that makes the ambience and the decoration extraordinary! The owners and Sherry are some of the most kind-hearted people I have ever met. I only feel lucky and blessed I had the chance to stay to this place, I was so happy all my days at this property and the much care they showed me! I hope I will return a day!

Pros: The location is only a five-minute walk to the train station, and then two stops to KLCC (Kuala Lumpur City Centre). It's super easy to get the train tickets, and very safe on the trains.

Pros: Quaint little house with a tree in the bathroom! The little house is a part of the main Malay house. Amazing place and very friendly lady of the house. The house is in walking distance of a train station, The next door Whatever Works Coffee served the best espresso of our holiday and has also very delicious cakes. Cons: The taxi driver had some difficulty in finding the house later in the evening. As there was no breakfast it would have been nice if the nextdoor coffee corner would have been open a bit earlier and maybe could serve croissants?? Our visit was too short to figure out alternatives but we could make coffee in our appartment and the nearby petrol station sold some breakfast stuff.
