Amazing hotel in an amazing location, with amazing staff, need I say more . Book it and find out, you won’t be disappoin

Pros: Location was brilliant, pool and kids playground were fantastic, food service and friendliness of the staff was second to none !

Cons: The face that we couldn’t stay longer !!

Pros: Good location, walking distance to KLCC, Saloma bridge and other surrouding area. Exceptional view of KLCC from our room. Bidet available in the room toilet.

Cons: The floor inclination is not right in the toilet area, causing water to pool at other site, away from the drain.

Pros: The room was spectacular. We got an awesome view of KLCC. This hotel were kids friendly. The playground and swimming pool are very nice. The staff also very friendly and kind. Thanks for the hospitality given by the hotel.

A perfect stay for a special day ♥️

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were even surprised with a room upgrade 🥹✨ KLCC view right in front of us. Such a beautiful way to celebrate my husband’s birthday ♥️ and my son really enjoyed the playing and swimming time!

Cons: For the kids club, can arrange nicely and replace the broken toys with the new one.

Fantastic location and for families

Pros: Fantastic location, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. A very suitable place for families with young children. The facilities were amazing, especially the pool and play area for children. I loved that I can walk outside and reach good eateries.

Cons: We were there on a Malaysian school holiday, so the pool gets very crowded. But that's not really a negative, it just means it's very popular. The pillows weren't very great.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great views, and good facilities.

Pros: I really liked the view from the room, especially with the KLCC skyline right outside the window. The gym facilities were also impressive, with complete equipment available. I also appreciate that the room had plenty of plug points, which made things very convenient. On top of that, the lift service was quick and efficient.

Cons: I felt uncomfortable because the noise from outside the room could still be heard inside. Additionally, the breakfast area’s layout and limited seating were unable to accommodate all guests, which resulted in a queue. I have never encountered such an issue in any of the other hotels I’ve stayed at
