Very good stay @ The Face Style Hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in KL on a budget!

Pros: Great sized room. Comfy and well equipped. Ideal location

Cons: The hotel is extremely cold in all areas and also the room. Unfortunately when U put off the Aircon in d room the carpet smells but other than that it's excellent

Great location with a View

Pros: Great stylish hotel in the city center. Amazing view from the room and also from the pool as well. Rooms are well-equiped. House keeping was great. Don't try to walk around, \

Cons: Breakfast had plenty of choice, but quality and taste could improve. Room service 9pm cut off time is a bit early. Staff should speak better English, as there was miscommunicatios/missunderstandings about a simple piece of cake order. Laundry is very expensive, even for hotels price range. But there is plenfy self-laundry around.

Pros: Excellent, well located, with very spacious and comfy rooms. Views from rooftop is wonderful.

Cons: Pool may be crowded but everyone is respectful for making pictures. Also, compared with other reviews, we did not experience any issue with lifts. All works very efficient!
