Pros: spacious apartment, complete facility and everything's there, easier for me. from check in to check out process went soo smooth.

Cons: I thought when I press the make up room button they will come and did a room service but my mistake is that we have to tell them to come

Pros: Very friendly and kind staffs specially the staff at the front desk.

Pros: everything was great. the rooms are huge, the bed is huge and super comfortable. Everything is clean also and the staff are friendly.

Cons: only thing I didn't like is being able to hear the road a little from the room at night, but this will happen anywhere in central KL really

Pros: Great location, reasonable price, good sized unit, comfortable and has most of everyday amenities.

Cons: Sometimes the hot water pressure is too low and temperature not consistent despite not changing the dial.

Pros: I had a wonderful experience staying at Sfera Residence. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the MRT station, making it super convenient to get to all the main attractions around the city. What really impressed me was the exceptional service from the reception team. I accidentally parked my car in the wrong lot and it got clamped just when I was rushing to attend an event. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful — they quickly handled the situation for me, and when I returned later, my car had already been moved to the correct lot. Truly above and beyond service! The stay was comfortable, convenient, and hassle-free. Highly recommend Sfera Residence for anyone looking for a great location and outstanding hospitality!

Pros: The location was good. Minimarts close by for snacks. Close to the towers. 10 mins walk. The king bed was ridiculously comfortable. Loved the block out blinds too. The room was spacious. The security guards were always friendly.

Cons: It didn’t feel clean. Orange stains on the bathroom floor, marks on the walls, dried yoghurt (I think) on the feature art in the hallway. The air cons were so loud one night it kept me up and one night the air cons didn’t work. I asked for a city view and was given a view of the highway. On arrival our room wasn’t ready (we were an hour early before check in so no probs) we waited the hour and were given a room with 2 king beds. We had specified 1 king and 2 singles as we have teenagers. We had to wait again for another room to be ready. If it was 1 or 2 nights we wouldn’t haven’t bothered but we stayed for 6 nights. There are no pool towels and you have to request for items to be restocked as there is no servicing. There is no dishwashing tablets or washing powder supplied.
