Excellent Hotel & Location!

Pros: The hotel is absolutely fantastic, beautiful reception and lounge area. The location is outstanding, 10-15mins walk from the Petronas Twin Towers. Metro station also right outside the hotel. The rooms have plenty of space for personal items, with massive bathrooms as well. The staff are incredibly helpful and efficient. Price wise it’s on the higher end considering how cheap KL is a city, but highly recommend!

Cons: If you’re with family and have multiple rooms and they end up being on different floors, it’s a slight hassle to get between floors as each key is configured to your floor only, so you would need to ask reception to give you another key to be able to access the floor that the other room is on.

Pros: Kids friendly & the room is very clean and have a nice view.

Cons: Nothing.

2 nights in KL

Pros: Pool, room had a great view of KL tower and you can see the Petronas towers from some parts of the hotel and the children's playground. The pool and children's playground is great for little kids

Pros: Housekeeping was excellent! The pool was a bit cold, nonetheless we enjoyed our time there for the whole 5 days. Had a complimentary cake for our special celebration.

Cons: In room dining was pricy. For Rigatoni cream pasta, price was rm58, vegetarian. No meat at all. Should've included beef bacon or options to add on chicken etc.

I loved staying at the hotel as it was very luxurious.

Pros: I liked everything about the room, the location of the hotel and how quiet the area was.

Cons: Room service food was not very nice at all - arrived cold and didnt look like much effort was given to cooking the meal. Room was a bit pricey also.

Convenient,comfort and fun

Pros: Right at the city centre. Love the breakfast buffet. So delish with so many choices!! Love the lobby,bar lounge,the mini waterpark. Kids friendly hotel and im enjoying it every bit when i stayed there. The hotel room is decent space and i love my waterpark view. The lifts are good. Fast & can fit all guests without any delay or issues on peak days. The R bar gives good vibes. Overall the food was delicious. I ordered chicken rice at R bar and it was really2 good! Definitely coming back again to bring my daughter here.

Cons: The mini chiller didnt function so my leftover cake almost ruined and my daughter’s yoghurt cant be eaten anymore. I only noticed it after a day i put it in the chiller. They shouldve check it first before guests check in the room. Didnt like the fact that we had to share the waterpark with another hotel guests which is Four Points. For me,it shouldnt be shared cos it’s not exclusive anymore giving the rates for both hotels are different. And lastly,i wish the breakfast buffet ends a bit later cos 10.30am is still too early to wrap up. Other than that everything was good.

Pros: The room was big and clean. The mini water theme park and outdoor playground.

Pros: facilities was very well kept. staffs were very helpful and attentive . breakfast spread was really good

Cons: the access to the playground and kids club was quite far. need to access from four points instead.

Reinnasace receptionis and staff at front cafe not helpfull and not friendly like four point by sheraton staff.

Pros: Poolwatch n lifeguard at pool was alert and superb.

Cons: 2 times i check in at four point by sheraton i feel so happy with all staff. They all very helpfull, friendly and we are happy to come for second time. But this is first time i check in at Reinnasance, i feel so bad with receptionist and front staff at cafe.they differentiate treatment between b40 and t20
