Pros: View from the Pool was - WOW Room was very spacious.

Cons: Corridor lights can be brighter. All Lift buttons dont have lights so unable to know if it is working. Lift service very slow even when have 4 lifts.

Pros: Very cool roof top infinity pool! Really spacious apartment style rooms - Nice to have 2 separate bedrooms. Very good firm beds, big bathroom. Good location - walked to Petronius towers and shopping and eating areas (Perlita food court is great!) Grab taxis are cheap and efficient for further afield.

Cons: A little impersonal for my taste but that’s just me - great for a city hotel

Pros: Location is very convenient, close to monorail station. Excellent breakfast. Cleanliness is perfect. Washroom amenities and hot water are good. Swimming pool, lifts availability, staff attitude all are perfect. Will love to stay here whenever I visit KL.

Cons: Simply nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect.

Pros: Location was great close to Petronas towers, Suria klcc mall, close to the metro. Great breakfast with lots of different varieties and very tasty. Staff were great and helpful. The rooftop pool on level 51 was amazing with stunning views of KL tower and side views of the towers (night time is a must visit) for the view. Rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable bedding.

Cons: It was very noisy, we couldn't sleep properly as we could hear cars going by, construction happening.

Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to have early check in. The room is clean and comfy.

Cons: We had a little bit of problem in locating our unit. Was given unit C332A. But staff told us we were on 34th level. Had a hard time locating 34th level. Went in and out of the lift couple of times with our luggages. We later realised tht 33A represent 34th level. Staff should have explained this to us. I knew certain hotel dont like the number 34. But little did I realise Face Suites also adopt this system.....

Pros: The apartment concept was great. Very modern feeling and comfortable. Convenient with the kitchen and washer dryer and microwave, and the utensils.

Cons: Nothing to complain but it took getting used to , walking across to the other building for breakfast, but it was a short walk next door
