The overall stay was fine, but the receptionist service could be more welcoming.

Pros: The room was very spacious and comfortably accommodated my family of five. The location is very strategic, especially for those who enjoy walking — KLCC is within a brisk walking distance. Breakfast was superb; although the breakfast area is small, it was convenient and well-organized.

Cons: Overall, the stay was good. However, there is some room for improvement at the reception. I arrived at 2:40 pm and waited for assistance, but no one approached me, which made me feel a bit unnoticed. I was unsure where to go and eventually had to approach the counter myself. Although the staff later acknowledged my arrival, there didn’t seem to be an intention to offer help initially. That said, aside from this small issue, everything else was fine.

Good value, location and friendly staff

Pros: Location and free underground parking are excellent. Can walk to many restaurants, shops and bars. Rooms are good, large comfortable beds, good showers and aircon and WiFi. Staff are also lovely. We stayed here for the first time in 2007 and often go back as it is good value and well-located but it is in need of an update and refresh (which they are doing now). Staff are great though.

Cons: We had several problems with our room which were generally fixed quickly to be fair but still shouldn’t have happened. They could make more of the bar on the 13th floor: it has fantastic views but when we were there, it looked tired and we were told ‘no cocktails or mocktails’ were available despite being shown a decent menu for both.

Pros: Room is very clean. Breakfast spread is great and plenty of choices.

Cons: Only 2 lifts are working. Have to wait sometime for the lifts to arrive.

Pros: Convenient location. Large family room and beds were so comfy. Room service were so quick and efficient to deliver.

Cons: Found one tiny roach lurking in room. Old hotel but some parts undergoing renovation. Swimming pool is small and no more heated pool.

Comfortable hotel, great location, needs refurbishing

Pros: Comfortable rooms, lovely pool, good location, very helpful & friendly staff.

Cons: Some of the internal areas are quite run down. At night we had an insane amount of traffic noise coming in from the nearby motorway.

It was a good location close to Petronas towers, Suria, train stations and the forest compel although temporarily closed

Pros: Location Pleasant staff Room was comfortable and clean Buffet lunch was good / breakfast was okay

Cons: Gym and pool need updating . Spa pool was not turned on in the morning from 11:30 not sure what time they get turned on. The steps in the pool we felt is dangerous for children and elderly. Lockers in changing room need updating as we couldn’t use any.

Pros: Staffs are very good in helping for check in an check out. Bell boy services is so fast.
