Excellent Staff n Location

Pros: It's a wonderful experience, Duty Managers Raj & Nadia are excellent hosts, they extended my check out time because my flight was late in the evening I really appreciate it. Other staff members were helping too. I'll definitely stay at Hilton in my next visit too.

Cons: Breakfast was good but needed improvement....

Pros: Breakfast very good… but pls place 1 staff that can speak malay at front desk ( breakfast ) But anyhow, even cannot speak malay, your staff very helpfull…

Pros: The facility is not far from the CC but in a separate area from downtown, which gives you a different perspective of KL. I enjoyed the pool at the 25th floor and the buffet was also rich and varied. The room was very comfy even if I had a window facing the inside of the building (I believe it's because I was travelling solo and I paid a very cheap price).

Cons: Would be good a bit more attention to the common areas (the pool and the bar at the top for example, more sunbeds are needed and there were never clean towels).

Pros: Packing is not good service because must wait for valet parking staff for 10 to 20 minutes …then only they take the key and bring the car

It's a good and comfortable place to stay.

Pros: Love everything about this place especially the cleanliness. The staff was helpful too when our room card couldn't be used. Checking out was easy too, we just dropped the key inside the key box.

Pros: Price is excellent. The Rooftop-Restaurant is good with a great view. Especially the Waitress is very kind.

Pros: Clean modern rooms with comfortable Queen beds,smart TV'S and walk in showers Friendly helpful staff,nice rooftop pool and a laundry room.

Cons: Very slow lifts and Chow Kit area is convenient but not a really nice area of KL.

Pros: The hotel is ideally located near the MRT station and is good value for money with pleasant staff , good clean rooms and express checkout. The room with city view offers a good scenic view of KL skyline similarly you can enjoy and relax at the Restaurant on 25 floor .
