Pros: Buffet breakfast, clean bedding, helpful staff,nice swimming pool and sky views

Cons: Let the guest know on arrival that there is some charge fee per day ,I was charged when I was leaving and it almost inconvenienced me

Pros: Room is clean, staff are nice, location so so. On Saturday there is a street market close to a mall, worth to visit.

Pros: The location was great. Close to City Mall (7min walk), public paid laundry just across the road and about 35-40min walking distance to the Pavilion, Botanical Garden and Petaling Street. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and we had a great view from the 7th floor. It was nice, quiet and clean. Good sound insulation.

Cons: Bathroom had no conditioner. No proper tea spoons provided with the cups in the room. The fact that the pool was closing at 7pm. Would’ve been better to be open to 8pm so after a long day out to have time to have a swim.

Pros: Excellent hotel with a lovely breakfast. Great location with easy access to the monorail. Restaurants and shops close by if you don't want to travel.
