A comfortable and convenient stay with great facilities

Pros: The valet parking service was excellent, handled professionally and gave us confidence that our car was well taken care of. The breakfast selection was good, with satisfying options for the family. The newly renovated rooms were very comfortable, clean, and modern, which made our stay relaxing.

Cons: One area that could be improved is the hospitality from some local housekeeping woman staff. We noticed that a few staff members did not greet guests or assist when we were trying to scan our room access card at the elevator. A simple smile or small gesture would make a big difference in guest experience

Pros: Room were very comfortable. Monorail station on walking distance.

Pleasant and great. Good value for money.

Pros: The breakfast was good but there was a few hiccups along the way. The coffee machine broke down,some of the refill for empty plates,glassess and food were a bit slow. I don't blame the staff because it was a full house and they were doing their best to accomodate the guests.The food was delicious and there were a variety of options.

Cons: The room i stayed in had a fridge that was not cold enough for me and some of the wallpaper is starting to come out and some of the veneer panels on the furniture were broken.

Nice hotel for the price

Pros: Lots of choice for breakfast.room spacious and clean. Fab view of towers etc from sister hotel bar/ pool next store. Our room also had a fab view Metro link was just a short walk.

Cons: The area we stayed in didn’t feel safe at night so did not go out walking at night. Alcohol prices in bar were expensive

Pros: I would like to sincerely compliment the front desk staff, Zhi Qin, for the excellent service provided throughout my stay. Zhi Qin was professional, friendly, and very helpful, which made my experience truly pleasant and comfortable.

Cons: When I called the front desk to request cutlery, I was unfortunately unable to get through. Additionally, it would be great if the hotel could consider providing a wider range or slightly more toiletries for guests.

Despite minor challenges, it remains a convenient and pleasant place to stay.

Pros: I was surprised to find that the hotel does not have a proper lobby, as we had to make several rounds before locating the parking area. It rained throughout the entire stay, and it was inconvenient having to cross the wide pavement just to enter the hotel. However, this appears to be related to council planning and is not something the hotel can be faulted for. The staff were excellent very accommodating and attentive. Breakfast was good, with efficient service and well-managed guest flow. The room was great, and I absolutely loved the bed; it was exceptionally comfortable and helped ease the initial discomfort experienced during check-in.

Cons: The exterior and lobby entrance of the hotel were not very inviting, giving an overall impression that felt somewhat old and subdued. The surrounding Chow Kit area still has a visible presence of immigrants, which may feel unwelcoming at first; however, this is not within the hotel’s control. Once inside, the experience was much better — the room was simple yet comfortable, the bed was excellent, and the staff were attentive and professional. Considering the price, it offers good value for money.

Pros: Fast efficient fuss free checkin and checkout, pleasant, professional staff, impeccable housekeeping, reasonable sized well equipped rooms and comfortable bed.

Pros: The staff - I would like to thank Mr/Ms Zhi Qin (Assistant Manager) for helping me change the room. He helped me very quickly. I really appreciate it. The property - The food is so delicious, room very clean and the easy to check out.

Cons: No helper for luggage.

Pros: Room was very nice and clean. No complaints. Has the view of Twin tower from my room.

Cons: Early checkin was very difficult
