Good budget choice in KL

Pros: The room was great, and there were plenty of shops and a night market in the area. Nice to have a swimming pool although it lacked loungers.

Cons: the breakfast was not the greatest and didn't have much choice

Good Accommodation, but Poor Cleaning

Pros: Great aesthetic, great check-in staff, and perfect AC.

Cons: Under the new management, room cleaning at STEG has become Russian Roulette: sometimes they clean, sometimes they don't clean your room — and when they do, don't expect a deep clean. Even upon check-in, you can expect stains on the walls in your new room and hair on the floor, etcetera. I've provided feedback to the new management already about this weeks ago, so time will tell if they up their game.

Pros: - Superb rooms and overall unique hotel aesthetic - Competitive pricing for clean spacious rooms - Excellent location, ten minutes walking to Sunway Putra mall; or surrounded by local eateries

Cons: - Self service laundry was a shock for a four star hotel. But worked in the end using the BigPay app. - Breakfast had fewer options than you'd normally expect for an international hotel. - Gym doesn't have AC - Check-in staff disappointed with their attitude and aura - Cafe seemed to have irregular hours and menu availability, which disappointed
