Pros: Everything was good. Especially Hassan was so friendly. We were allowed to put the bicycles in our room. There was a cold water dispenser in the corridor which was nice. Comfy bed and good breakfast.

Pros: Close to MRT. Staff are good, rooms are very cleann

Pros: Staff were so lovely here. 24/7 reception so that’s always helpful! Restaurant next door is delicious and staff there are SO lovely. Rooms were very spacious and had nice hot showers. Also free drinking water machine by the lifts which was SO helpful. Whole hotel was clean and modern. Location was good- about 25 min walk to china town or petronas towers

Pros: Clean, neat accommodation. Seems they have more hotels in the city center ( Bukit area ) I will try those next time.

Cons: Cleaning was more than OK for KL standards but can be improved little bit more ( moved the two twins into each other to make more space, under the bed was really dusty ) Internet has issues. On and off constantly. Not stable connection and ordering Grab takes ages. Toilet flush has some issues but i was too lazy/tired to change the room ( at 3am ) when I noticed, but I hope it'd be fixed.

Pros: I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and quick. For sure I will repeat my stay here. It was really good staying in this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service!

Affordable and worth it

Pros: The room was very spacious and I paid less than 70 ringgit probably because my stay was on Monday. Staffs were polite, helpful and responsive. Walking distance to Sunway Putra Mall and Sultan Ismail LRT station about 5-15 minutes. Got a glimpse view of KLCC. Got iron and hairdryer inside the room.

Cons: The room was not sound proof much, can hear loud noise from motorists especially at night and also people at the walkway. The deposit is RM100. Only one access card available. The aircond is a little bit slow and taking time to reach the desired temperature.

stays are meet with its budget. awesome!

Pros: great location in middle city, provided with free garage parking for those who using own vehicle and feels quite at the surrounding area.

Cons: no drinking water and premix tea or coffee be given to the guest. hope there will be improvement for this items.
