Pros: Fantastic place! Super clean everything is like photos and description you can reserve your eyes close it's the best place to be in Kuala Lumpur, spacious, super comfy bed, staff is amazing great pool I recommend ♥️

Pros: Everything was absolutely excellent from start to finish. From the very first interaction with the head of reception, we felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. The head of events was equally outstanding and in the evening she kindly and professionally assisted us with seating, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. A special mention goes to Imran from pool maintenance, who was extremely friendly, approachable, and always ready to help, contributing greatly to the relaxed atmosphere. Robin, who took care of our room, did an exceptional job, paying attention to every detail and ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly arranged at all times. Overall, the level of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail from the entire team made our stay truly outstanding. We felt genuinely valued as guests and would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for top-level service.

A modern luxury stay, perfect for younger couples.

Pros: Very modern, rooms were spacious and facilities were fantastic. Breakfast also yummy!

Cons: The service was very good however there was not enough staff on over the new year period. For such a busy time, there were long wait times because they were understaffed. You could tell everyone was very stressed. The personalized service you’d normally receive was definitely lacking.

Fabulous - you can never go wrong staying at a W hotel!

Pros: The view from the pool is absolutely stunning! Loved the vibe at night and the branded coconuts! The breakfast was delicious, so much variety and finally got some decent coffee in Malaysia!! The staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms are clean, lovely decor and the beds are comfortable.

Cons: Nothing, perfect city break hotel!

Pros: It’s within walking distance to KLCC and there’s 2 restaurants (Pelita Nasi Kandar and Saloma) nearby. We could just walk down for supper! The pool was chill as well, and there’s KLCC as background

Cons: The lack of power points. There’s 4 of us and everyone needed a charging point. The TV channels in our room were down as well :(
