Amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt hotel KL, we will be back!

Pros: Loved our stay in Grand Hyatt KL, and will definitely be coming back. The rooms are clean, spacious and a big bed. Everything felt very modern

Lovely hotel, needs better system at breakfast

Pros: Wonderful staff on the doors Beautiful hotel, amazing views Quality of breakfast was great- although it would be nice to have some more veggie options e.g. tofu for the noodle soup as well (as well as fish/wantons) Pool and spa areas were lovely

Cons: The management of the breakfast queue was diabolical. We (only 2 people) attended at 9am (breakfast open until 1030am) but weren’t seated doe ages, and everyone in queue was quite fed up because there was also no communication from the team. When we eventually got seated it then felt very rushed as the service was closing in not very long- I would understand this if you showed up at 10.20cm, but not 0900am!

Pros: Fast service very clean services and close to Amenities

Cons: In the breakfast menu they can add some more tomatoes cheeses and olives choice

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful; all the rooms are on the 17th floor or higher. Great gym and spa area. Can see the Peteonas Twin Towers from pool and lobby area.
