simple and comfortable stay

Pros: the facilities especially the pool are good. the room is clean and comfortable. even though the building is very tall, the lifts are fast. many options for restaurants on the ground floor.

Cons: deposit system was very confusing. they state everywhere repeatedly that you need to pay a deposit, so i transferred money to their bank account. then i was told during the check in process that you don’t need to deposit if you are a foreigner. this info should be on the booking instructions!!! then it was difficult to get my deposit back since they only use local banks. i did eventually get it because i could make a touch n go account. but the communication with them took quite a while and was frustrating.
