My Stay At Metro Hotel Kuala Lumpur 2025.

Pros: 1. Location is good & closed to shops & restaurants. 2. Clean 3. Friendly & cooperative staff. 4. Excellent front desk service 5. Spacious room 6. Room service is excellent. 7. Reasonable price booked with booking.com 8. Payment on check-in

Cons: 1. Air-conditioning in my room wasn't functioning well & less cooling (needs maintenance & servicing) 2. Limited TV channels (6 channels).The tv was blurred & a little hazy. 3.The auto on & off insert card slot wasn't functioning. We have to switched off all lightings, air-condition & water heater manually before leaving the room.

Pros: The check in was quick and easy. The location is close to Little India and the major transport hub in KL.

Cons: It wasn’t cleaned perfectly. I didn’t ask for them to address that because I was only staying for one night.

Excellent place to stay n centralised to transportation and everything

Pros: Very Good Location, Amenities wise basic though, service wise is ok, but considering the location it is recommended hotel in this price range. Our Stay was comfortable. 50 meters away from KL Sentral Metro LRT/MRT/Bus Station, Adjacent to KL mono rail & NU sentral mall.Lot of good quality restaurants are around. Sugu & shuadah- not sure if the name correct is friendly

Comfortable

Pros: location is strategic, eateries are everywhere within the proximity, public transport (MRT, LRT, Monorail, KTM) are within walking distance. Hotel is always clean. Comfortable enough.

Cons: Booked 2 rooms. The aircond in room no.203 probably needs to be serviced beforehand, called housekeeping for help to see if i set the remote setting wrongly, unfortunately the aircond was still not cool enough. other than that, we have no problem.
