Very good value

Pros: Decent comfortable hotel just outside KL SENTRAL station. Ideal choice if you want to stay somewhere central with relatively easy access to the airport. Being next to the shopping mall is a useful bonus. Nice helpful staff.

Excellent stay

Pros: The staff were very friendly. Even the roomcleaners were friendly.The room was clean. Comfortabel matras and pillows. The bathroom was ok. Hot water available. Good location close to Sentral station.

Cons: It was good for your money on the capital.

Pros: The location is fabulous. Just a short walk through the shopping mall from the railway station. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were really friendly and helpful. We really appreciated being able to check in early when we arrived. The room, although it didn't have a window, was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: We were not impressed by the breakfast, we were given a voucher for breakfast at the adjoining restaurant but this entitled us to only a very limited choice not their full breakfast menu. The food was poor so we didn't bother with breakfast there after the first day. Not totally sure about the fire exit arrangements, we had to ask at reception where the fire exit was on the third floor as it was not apparent and we were unable to find the stairs down, the staircase is actually around the corner from the lift but in an emergency it would be hard to find as not well signed. Also our room was farthest from the staircase and there were no fire doors in between and no fire alarms or sprinklers appear to be installed.

Pros: The place is very close to the main train station in Kuala Lumpur, which is served by the train from the airport. The staff are extremely helpful. The breakfasts are very tasty and served in a local style, which was a big plus for us. It was also very clean.

Accessible hotel to the tourists

Pros: I ljke most are the staff especially the front desk. He is accomodating and helpful. The room was cleaned.

Cons: No slippers for two, no flat iron and hair dryer should be inside the room. The corridor gping to the room was a little small

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect, so close to monorail and sentral station for trains. Bus stop is at the front also. There are convenience stores at the side and NU mall at front. Room service was spectacular , specially Balil who is mostly handling our room service for us. He did spectacular job as our room is clean when we came back and also supplies. All are working inside the room and AC was cold. Will book again here if we came back to Malaysia.

Cons: Nothing, in the budget range it meets or even exceed our expectations
