Excellent value.

Pros: The location is perfect near KL Sentral. You can walk easily to take the airport bus. Hotel is in the same street as Jaya restaurant. Staff very friendly and polite. Water dispenser near the reception. Comfy bed, spotless bathroom, big fridge, little balcony, good aircon. What else do you need ?

Cons: I liked everything.

Pros: The cleaner is impressive with how he created the setting of the towels when we requested him to clean the room, free water whenever we need and everything else

Convenient transit point.

Pros: Excellent location, walking distance to Monorail and KL Sentral station. Great transit point. My room was ready for check-in. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Might need instructions on using the shower. TV wasn't clear.

Pros: Location was very convenient from KL Sentral station and access to a lot of food in Brickfields and Nu Central shopping mall. Special thanks to Laden in housekeeping, Rafiq and Mosharraf

Cons: Did not realise that there were no windows but only stayed for one short night so this is okay.

Pros: The staff are all very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The room was spotless and had everything you need for a short stay. There's a large fridge in the room for food. The aircon worked well. There's a smart TV in the room and the hotel has WiFi.

Cons: Our room didnt have a window. No electrical sockets by the bed. Breakfast is a voucher for a cafe round the corner. The breakfast options are very limited.
