Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral. The location is extremely convenient as it is directly connected to KL Sentral, making it very easy to travel around Kuala Lumpur. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur and would happily stay here again.

Cons: One small suggestion would be regarding the lighting in the room. The lights were warm and dim, and it would be great if there were brighter or white light options available for guests who prefer stronger lighting.

Pros: Aloft KL is my preferred choice as it has everything within reach and so convenient. We had Iftar at NOOK. The buffet was excellent and so flavoursome. The staff was efficient.

Well located and modern hotel.

Pros: The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight. Also, the gym was excellent.

Cons: I found it difficult to locate when coming from the airport via train - only one sign in the train station.

Absolutely perfect

Pros: The location is perfect. Everything about it is just perfect and the best is the swimming pool on the Rooftop 30 th floor- absolutely Amazing!!! And your Staff are so courteous especially Grim who worked at the Bar, very friendly . Thank you

Cons: My only comment is all the Waiters at Breakfast, could be more Smartly dressed, they have a Jacket on but wearing Jeans & Trainers doesn't go. Thank you

Strategic location, big sized comfy room

Pros: Strategic location ! great if arriving late at night, and can just get to this hotel from the airport via the KLIA express train. The room was superb, big king sized bed, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was extensive! and they keep on replenishing the food, note that it is only until 1030am.

Cons: The location was a bit difficult to find - the signboard of the hotel is not that obvious.

please reverify the kiblat mark on the ceiling

Pros: aloft has long been my favourite place to stay in KL due to its excellent location. this is maybe my 10th or more time staying here. the facilities might look a bit worn due to its age though.

Cons: one thing that i noticed this time is that the direction of kiblat marked on the ceiling is showing the wrong direction. what triggered me was the shadows from outside the window and i verified the correct location via multiple devices. hope aloft management would correct this quickly.

The hotel and it’s location serve my purpose of this trip.

Pros: Convenient location especially travel to and from airport

Cons: Noises from trains can be heard in the room until midnight

Pros: great central location 2-3 subway stops from most attractions. infinity pool has great views over KL

Cons: you do get a bit of construction/traffic noise, 1 air con unit not working. Etiquette of certain nationalities using the infinity pool and lifts, leave a lot to be desired.

Pros: The hotel located near to KL sentral and connected to NU central.

Great location, clean and time well spent.

Pros: I love that the room is spotlessly clean, just as it was pictured and advertised during booking. The location is excellent, as it is right next to Nu Sentral. Thus making food, snacks, and entertainment easily accessible. The swimming pool is nice, and the kids enjoyed their time playing in the pool area. The breakfast spread is also good. Room service was good. Great hospitality. Side note: The hotel is connected to KL Sentral (the main station for public transportation in the city), which means the mall tends to be quite crowded during the holidays.

Cons: Suggest waiving parking fees for hotel guests instead of reducing the fee to RM10 per entry.
