Pros: Very well located with direct access to Lalaport mall and some 400 mts to Berjaya and really very near a lot of shops and attractions. The appart was well maintained. The staff very helpfull. Security there was on top. My familly had a very good time there. The pools and the gyms were very well maintained. You can find good pubs and foods at the mall. There is also a well equiped grocery in the mall.

Cons: Nothing to report.

I will not come back regardless of how much I like the unit

Pros: Ample parking, nice unit & ample places to eat

Cons: Toilet smells. Something is wrong with your sewage because the unit above us has the same problem. TV does not work. The cost of per night’s stay does not justify these issues

Pros: City view very beautiful, worth for money, extraordinary services & room.

Cons: Put a mirrow for women to makeup 🤣 Coz mirrow at toilet not too big & quite dark for herself to makeup.

Pros: The location is excellent walking distance to Hang Tuah station and Lalaport mall. The staff have been exceptional and has exceeded my expectations, I would highly recommend this place to stay as the location is ideal and I had a very comfortable stay overall at Lucentia

Will recommend for short stays

Pros: Efficient staff who arrived upon calling for help. Ability to extend check out upon request Good water pressure from the shower and sufficient toiletries for a short stay Bedding was comfortable, air con was good. Washer and dryer were very efficient in getting the job done The mirror is behind the bed and doesn't serve a use in this case..

Cons: The access card has some problem with the contact with the card reader causing some difficulties to press the lift buttons. Toilet has some sewage smell and it will be good to take some action about this. If there are some hooks or pole in the bathroom will be helpful to hang towel or clothes.

Pros: Check in is easy and fast. Good location, close to monorail and LRT stop. Plenty of restaurant and Lalapot shopping is just downstairs. Nice view from 35th floor swimming pool and other facilities.
