Nice building and easy shopping centre connection, pool with nice view, apartment needs better cleaning

Pros: Decent space, direct connection to a shopping centre, nice view from the apartment

Cons: A/C barely working and smells musty, dirty equipment, furniture, walls and bathroom, no hot water other than the shower, slow internet

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Pros: Beautiful view, rooms very spacious, clean and well-maintained. Just next to the shopping centre which was very convenient.

Pros: Easy Access from Monorail & LRT Station Hang Tuah. Rooms are larger than we expected, which is very good, enjoying the view of KL Main high rises from the bedroom & family room. Can cook or just buy food at Lalaport Mall, easy access from the apartment tower.

The most perfect stay! Incredible host, apartment, views and amenities!

Pros: The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully styled. The views were amazing and the amenities were incredible - we felt very lucky to be swimming with KL’s views. The host was excellent - he met us, showed us around and explained how everything worked. All necessary info was sent through WhatsApp and he was eager to help with any other questions. Would recommend!

Brilliant safe neighbourhood right next to Lalaport mall, spacious apartment perfect for family city stay.

Pros: Easy access to Monorail - grab pick up. 2 stops from Hang Tuah to Bukit Bintang heart of everything. Exceptional view of the city skyline KL tower and petronas towers. We stayed on T2.13.05 Great 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and laundry. So handy for a family of 4. The rooftop infinity pool outstanding.

Cons: Some Kitchen items not included like toaster. Only four towels provided would have liked a pool towel and some more basic amenities like dish soap and toilet paper to get through a few days before having to restock.

Pros: Very nice view, super good apartment, very central. Everything went well, exactly as expected! Emon was great!!

Pros: Was a very lovely apartment and set up. Good facilities and appropriate. Appreciated having a washer and dryer. And kitchen. The pool was amazing and the views from the top level great, but it was not hot enough to utilise often.

Cons: We booked here entirely because it was promoted as 3 beds however, they did not have three beds, and our son had to sleep on a couch. Despite showing them the booking info, they denied that any of the apartments have 3 beds. If we had been aware this was incorrect, we would not have booked this location. Upon arrival it took nearly 30 minutes to contact someone to provide us entry as the person allocated had fallen asleep and did not answer the phone. Also, there are no mirrors outside of the bathroom and they are only at adult head height so no way to check yourself before leaving etc and children couldn't see themselves as too high. Not enough kitchen utensils, plates, glasses etc and no ability to wash as no wipers provided nor towel for drying. So must purchase these yourself. You also only are provided with 1 roll of toilet paper so must purchase more yourself.

Spectacular tower and pool, felt like a VIP

Pros: The apartment was clean and nice. The rooftop pool is the most impressive I’ve seen anywhere in the world!

Pros: Property is near to mall and MRT which i liked. The best part is its balcony view where we can see KL Tower and Twin Tower and tall buildings, especially in the night its exceptional💖 which i loved the most. Also, it has an infinity pool in 35 th floor which is awesome. It also has lot of amenities like jacuzzi, Gym, Kids play area. The price is really affordable, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. They’re always quick to respond and very helpful.

Cons: Drinking water, should be placed in every floor, so that all tourists could refill their bottles.
