Pros: The location is convenient and in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean. A water filter would be a great addition.

Cons: It's a bit dark inside the building because the hallways and elevators aren't lit.

Pros: Rahmat is very responsive and friendly. He is so diligent and helps us out for a quick and smooth check in despite my last minute reservation on this unit. Spacious room, location, quiet. We are on a high floor so the view is good. This property has very nice swimming pool.

Cons: It's on new year eve so the room rate a bit pricy. Stuffy and slow lift.

Pros: Clean and nice, very central and nice pools and gyms.

Cons: The gym could have been better equipped.

Great place for staycation esp with kids. Easy access & reasonably priced.

Great location, well equipped and very spacious

Pros: The apartment was spacious and comfortable, well equipped for our needs. In a great location, connected to Lalaport shopping mall with an MRT stop and only a 15 minute walk from Berjaya Time Square, central to all the major tourist attractions. There are so many dining options close by that we were spoilt for choice. Communication with the property was so easy via WhatsApp and the security staff were friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: As a person with a soft bed preference I found the bed very firm. Otherwise we were very happy with everything.

Pros: I choose lucentia residence every time I visit KL. It has great location and a lot of cafes shops downstairs. Our apartment was comfy 2 bedroom. Good value for the price.

So far is good for family but the space a bit small. Can let the kid look at the train pass by.

Great stay and facilities, thoroughly enjoyed it more than a hotel to be honest.

Pros: Full facilities inclusive of kitchen and washing machine made it feel very complete. The cleanliness and general condition of the rooms and furniture were excellent. Toilet facility was very clean. Overall better condition than all hotels around the area.

Cons: The smell coming from the washing machine drainage area filled the whole living room from time to time and we had to spray air freshener to keep the room from smelling too much. I think there is an issue with all the rooms it seems might have to get the facility management to take a look at it.

Highly recommended, the place was brilliant.

Pros: The communication before we arrived was excellent. Make sure you have QR code before you arrive, so you can get through the security. Pool on the roof top had amazing view of the city, another pool and kids playground made our life easier, good facilities in the room. Easy to order grab and get around.

Cons: Make sure you get a second room key straight away, if you are more than 1 person. You will have to pay a deposit in cash.
