Good Stay in KL

Pros: Right next to Lalaport so its easy to shop and dine. Check in check out was easy with operator responsiveness. Wifi was good, building facilities were good too. Bed was comfy and all amenities (towel, toiletries, dining cutlery, microwave, washing machine) were provided.

Cons: The unit is dual key unit and we got the smaller studio which was pretty small by KL standard. And the unit shares door with the joining unit and soundproofing was really bad you can hear noises everytime someone walks in and out.

Great apartment and great staff!

Pros: Easy, fast and clear communication with the staff (which can be challenging with other agencies in Lucentia). The apartment was great, with all you need. Moreover, pool and gym are incredible.

Pros: Facilities, good secured place, very good management and staff. Easy to communicate. Tried their best to accommodate our requests. Definitely a good choice for us.

Cons: Overall was good. Probably room for improvement would be to include a carpet and shoe rack for the unit.
