Pros: The room is clean and neat. And also the toilet is clean. Soap and towel is provided enough during my stay.

Cons: The tv doesn't have varities channel to watch. I keep watching my phone for movies play.

Reliable and good value.

Pros: Location near KL Sentral station in an interesting area. This is my third stay while passing through KL and I have come back because it is reliably comfortable, safe and convenient and good value.

Cons: Slightly noisy air-con.

Great location once you learn how to navigate getting out of central station.

Pros: Loved the location. We had a few issues with the electronic door lock to our room but this was fixed. Was thrilled to have the linen and towels changed daily. Only thing we missed was having a small fridge. Would happily stay here again.

Beautifully simple and restful

Pros: It has solid brick wall construction that could shield is from loud city and other room noises so that one can good sleep.All of the rooms have windows so that you will never feel claustrophobia.Bed and pillows are so clean and free of dust mites.

Great stopover near KL Sentral Station

Pros: Great location near KL Sentral station and lots of restaurants. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Cons: The bed is a little hard for my liking. Having a fridge would be a nice bonus.
