Pros: Close to Petronas Twin Towers. Lots of restaurants close by. Clean, fully contained apartment including kitchen and laundry facilities. Check out was superb quick.

Cons: The check in process was a bit drawn out and time consuming. The staff at key handover weren't super friendly.

Pros: The hotel is the best choice for anyone looking to stay near the Twin Towers. The experience was amazing, and I was more than satisfied with my stay. The swimming pool area is well maintained and always clean. If you want photos with both the pool and the Twin Towers in one shot, this place is perfect. Overall, it offers excellent value for money (only 11,000 for two couples for two days). The hotel also provides all the essential amenities you need to stay comfortably for a week or even longer—you can cook, wash clothes, and store food in the refrigerator. Love from India. (Chennai).

Pros: Amazing views and perfect location for visiting Patronas towers

Pros: This room has no breakfast option. The location is excellent!

Cons: A couple of the facilities didn't work, like TV and stove. The bathroom toilet ceiling in the master bedroom has some stain due to leakage! This was not nice to look at and at some point some leakage actually happened.

Could have been better for cleanliness and maintenance. The appartment is nice but the sheets pillow etc needs attention

Pros: I liked the location of the property close to everything and the view of the twin towers was beautiful from the bedroom windows. And after check out they kept our luggage in their office for like and hour or 2

Cons: The thing I didn’t like was that some of the pillow cases were dirty, and the sheets aswell. And also the single bed in the living room didn’t have blanket or pillow. And what made me bit upset was the host messaged me a day before my check out regarding check out and I informed him that we will check out at usual time at that time I was outside doing city tour. And I was informed by one of the guys from the group that they came to knock asking him when is he leaving the property, and it wasn’t our check out date. So I messaged him and told him the check out date. That was the little bit of inconvenience I had.

Pros: The central location of the Tropicana in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) places you at the center of the action. The Petronas Twin Towers and the Suria KLCC shopping mall are just a short walk away including the lush KLCC Park, the shopping and entertainment district of Bukit Bintang and the public transport options located all within a short walk from the hotel.
