Tropicana The Residence Hermes Suite with KLCC View

Out of thousands of hotels, this is the best I've stayed in!

Pros: This was five star luxury. I have stayed in thousands of hotels around the world and this is by far the best room I have ever stayed in. The location is fantastic and the staff attended to my every need. The rooftop infinity pool and gym were a nice touch

It was amazing place.

Pros: Perfect spot with a great view of the Petronas Towers and the whole city. We recommend.

Pros: The apartment was extremely spacious - lovely decor. Magnificent views of KLCC - especially at night when we arrived. Appreciated washing machine/dryer after using the pool. The agent allowed us to store our baggage for an extra 3 hours which was also appreciated.

Cons: Could have had hand towels. As agents manage these rooms, there is no central storage facility of luggage after checkout - for those who may have late night flights. Although it was suggested that we could take our luggage and wait by the pool - we were unable to do so.

Pros: The location has good view. Near to KLCC twintower. The room is clean. The every thing was in good

Cons: The toilet is a bit smelly ( if you were inside the bath room or at the wash basin, there is no smell). It would be nice if host can consider to have separate plate n bowl for muslim users.

Location, the view, and the room top pool just amazing

Pros: Location, location, location. Right next to KLCC. The View was amazing Check in was very easy. We had to check in early but the agent let us to leave the bags in the room until the room is ready. Clean, spacious, and the rooftop pool with amazing view.

Cons: Lobby area was always hot and full of residents checking in and out. Very unorganised. The Hermes Suites agent was very nice and kept us inform of where to meet us which was good.

Pros: Location, apartment overal, views, amenites and apliances, spacy app, air condition worked wery good,

Cons: Maybe a litle more work on cleanless, smell in the bathroom, a pair of towels (had just two for 5days), maybe an international TV chanel,

It was a very pleasant stay.

Pros: The property is exceptionally clean with beautiful decorations. The view of KLCC is superb, as it is right beside you. The bed is incredibly large and comfortable. You will definitely love the toilet, as it exceeds expectations. Moreover, the property is conveniently located within walking distance to KLCC. We are definitely planning to stay here again. The host, Arfan, was extremely nice and even accompanied us in a car to show us the basement parking and the rooms. We truly appreciate his hospitality.
