Good experience

Pros: Clean n neat.. Almost perfect for the facilities.. Swimming pool is large.. Got misundertstanding during chekin, but resolve quickly.. Got extra hour for checkout..

Cons: Toileteries not refill..soap,shampoo.. No trash bag

Pros: The unit was clean, comfy and cozy, TV in the living hall with cozy sofa and carpet, 2nd TV in the 1st room (without door) where the 2nd room has a comfy single bed but it seems like a pull out double bed, anyway my kids loved the bathtub.. Unit come with designated car park and the host Whatsapp you a series of clear instruction from check-in process collecting keys, car park entrance, designated car park, from car park to lift and even exiting the cap park all well recorded in videos. Although there was a hiccup during check-in as the cleaner forgot to left the apartment key card in the letter box, but they came to send the card in sort notice. Then we were given 1 hour late check-out as compensation to their mistake. Thank you host! Conclusion, we will definitely come back! And the unit 9-11 was able to have the 4 towers view at a glance.

Spacious, clean and fully equipped unit

Pros: New unit with practical and functional and spacious layout. Unit provided with full equipmemts ie. Iron, fridge, washing machine etc. Owner was welcoming, provided us detailed check in instruction. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, even comes with bathtub. Definitely will stay here again and worth the money.

Pros: So good . All the facilities are good . Pool open until 10pm . Got bathtub . Everything sooo got . Can rebook for other trip .

A great stay in a great precinct

Pros: Love the room. It's palatial at such a reasonable cost. Wonderful view from the room as can see the Istana which was quite close & KLCC, KL tower, Merdeka 118, etc in the far distance. The location is great for our food exploration trips in surrounding areas. Would love to stay in this room again.

Pros: Kami menginap selama 4 hr 3 malam, 2 dewasa, 2 kanak2 usia 8 tahun dan 6 tahun. Rumah besar, luas, semua kelengkapan seperti yang dinyatakan. Sangat selesa dan berbaloi2. Ada dua buah Tv (satu depan katil, satu di ruang tamu), bilik air luas, ada bathtub, Katil queen satu, single 1, ada kerusi boleh tidur juga sebelah katil queen..nak tidur depan tv ruang tamu pun boleh, sebab ada sofa panjang 2, anak2 happy sgt. Check in check out mudah, sgt depan dgn kedai runcit, kedai makan, dan hartamas mall.. InsyaAllah akan repeat lagi..tq owner😉☺️

Pros: It's so comfortable and pretty. The check in is so smooth. Just a bit delay from the cleaner side about an hour. But they compensate with an hour late check out. The room, view is so stunning.
