strategic location stay

Pros: love the location. so convenient to get everywhere, my fitness first gym is just across the road, eateries just below the condominium, can just jog around the road

Homestay

Pros: It is a last minute late night booking and the check in process (via WhatsApp due to timing) is well accommodated. The room / suite is extremely clean, basic amenities provided as listed, has a kitchen equipped with microwave, water filer, rice cooker, kettle and tableware, good WIFI connection and easy check out too. It is annexed to a shopping mall so going down for lunch / dinner and grocery shopping is convenient.

Cons: Nothing.

Great location for Mont Kiara, but pricey

Pros: Located conveniently above 163, it is super convenient for daily stuff like meals, groceries and even Mr D.I.Y. There are also other amenities for fun and kids. 163 also means it is steps away from 1 Mont Kiara and Mont Kiara Plaza for even more options. Managed by Bamboo Hospitality, the temporary storage was a big help for us as we were transferring between hotels/residences, which otherwise is a hassle for us to lug around in the absence of a vehicle. The crew was always ready to help us with our needs and were highly responsive. The king sized bed is really comfy and provides good support. Unit is well furnished with water filter, oven. The view was great, offering unblocked views of the surrounding area.

Cons: The room was not fully clean when we received the unit. The bedroom floor was really dusty, which was an issue for us, as we need to find space to put out the mattress. Unfortunately, we were told any cleaning services was chargeable. Although the king sized mattress is great, but the single mattresses were not that comfortable.

Comfortable T20 stay

Pros: Its so comfy. Clean. Can cook. Water filter, washing machine and dryer. Easy access to mall to buy groceries and food.

Cons: Parking at level 4. Plus LG, and G. So i need to go around 6 level to get up and down from the building. Which took me 10 mins each time. The iron board is so small like mini iron board foldable but i manage to put it on the dining table so consider solve my problem.

Excellent value

Pros: Clean and comfortable, good location next to 163 mall.

Cons: No TV channels

Pros: The location was excellent, close to eateries, café, grocery stores, etc. 1 bed room suite was spacious, clean, and had fully equipped kitchen, so it was even perfect for long-term stay . I would definitely stay here again.

Having a great time with my small family during our stay because the place is clean and cozy.

Pros: I like the cleanliness , cozy and quietness of the place.Comfortable sofas and bed.The utilities provided also very convenience for my small family.The access to the mall also makes our stay much more relax.Looking forward to stay here again in near future.

Cons: No Netflix and not easy to access to Philips Smart TV ..been trying an hour and lastly we manage to watch you tube. As a muslim I would like to suggest (if u don't mind) to remind the guest not to bring lard or non halal meals to be heat up in the oven or cooking using the utensils provided.

Place for my Kids

Pros: The amenities in the same building. Good time spent with the kids.

Cons: The deposit RM300 is the thing I didn't like.

Great location and the host was extremely friendly and easy to deal with

Pros: The room was impeccably clean and cozily decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Cons: Heater took longer time to heat up.

Pros: Good property, spacious room and nice bed. The view also is nice. The parking is easy too. This residence is not too packed and easy access to KL city. Highly recommended 👍🏻
