Nice location, clean and comfortable

Pros: Although it is an aparthotel/serviced apartment (rather than a dedicated hotel), staff were on hand all the time to respond really quickly to any queries. The location is really great, surrounded by lots of restaurants and was particularly convenient for me. The room itself was spacious, bright, quiet and well-equipped, water pressure and temperature were fine and the bed was comfortable. The gym and pool facilities were excellent (there's even a place to practice golf if you've brought clubs). Would also recommend for longer stays.

Pros: Everything except the free parking. They didnt inform us the place so we ended up paying a lot.

Cons: Maybe they forgot to inform us the space for free parking.

Great place for a stopover outside KL city!

Pros: Wonderful apartment, good space, tastefully decorated which is very soothing, great blackout curtains; very prompt replies from owners on queries by whats app; neighbourhood filled with restauarant options.

Cons: Breakfast is at a café downstairs which seemed quite disorganized, waited almost an hour for basic omelette and coffee because of insufficient staff. Little far from the city, but great if your purpose is not tourism!!

Pros: New apartment complex with convenience store, wifi and everything you could ask for

Great place, suboptimal breakfast

Pros: Big clean room, very helpfull staff and good location

Cons: The breakfast solution is not so good. Its one serving at the local coffee shop. The food is good but its not so big portions, and you only get one tiny coffee.

Excellent Value for Money, very clean and Quiet. Awesome View

Pros: Great size for our family of four, very clean quiet and comfortable , excellent view of the whole city from our apartment.

Cons: Nowhere to hang clothes after washing clothes.

An amazing stay and service !

Pros: We stayed in several temporary residences in Kuala Lumpur area and found that This place is by far the best in every aspects. Spotlessly clean, attention to details (anything you need is provided adequately from laundry detergent, toilet tissues, iron, wine glasses, etc.) , amazing pool which is not too busy allows us to enjoy it thoroughly. The breakfast is amazing. Eventhough there were only 3 same choices everyday, they were so good that we looked forward to it every morning. But most of all, it's the staff ! Mr. Ali, the manager is very professional, kind, polite, and helpful. Nothing is too much to ask for him. He understands the guests' needs and is always willing to assist in anyway he can. The cleaning staff are also amazing. Societe Hartama has become our home away from home. Sincere appreciation to Mr. Ali and his diligent staff !

Pros: The whole complex is very clean and well maintained. The provided breakfast is very good but with only 3 choices may get a little repetitive for those on longer stays.
