Beautiful & posh looking hotel

Pros: The place is sooo pretty and posh looking. Beautifully & luxuriously decorated. Comfy room and beds. Service staffs were excellent from checkin to checkout.

Cons: Couldnt find d local channels on tv. Hv to use from phone smart view. Breakfast was abit dissapointing cos not much choices. Main dish was only basic nasi lemak but tht also to eat w sausage or bacon.. bread, bakes, all sides.. but lucky d restaurant was beautiful.

A stylish getaway

Pros: I was impressed by the hotel’s artistic concept and attention to detail. The interiors are absolutely stunning.It feels more like staying in a boutique art gallery than a hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable, and I especially loved the luxurious bathroom design.

Cons: Lift wait time can be longer, but it wasnt really a big deal for me.

Cons: Signage unckear level 66 should say restaurant and hotel reception and separate the button just like sky pool etc.

Pretty hotel

Pros: Fantastic to look at, beautiful interior. Breakfast was plentiful and staff friendly. Great showers and beds were comfortable. Great gym.

Cons: Sky pool a lot smaller than in photos, other pool better. To get in, there's just a small sign so look out for it at the end then go to lifts, 66 floor.

Pros: The location, the hotel ambience, the pool and the bathrooms

Cons: The wait for elevators. The bed is too soft. The water bottles are not sufficient the breakfast was terrible. Elevator shared with other residents. Didn’t feel toonsafe

Pros: Beautiful stylish building, great views of the city from a very good bar.

Cons: We arrived one evening for dinner, it's a set dinner of 4 courses. No one else was in the restaurant and I think the staff wanted to go home. After selecting choices we were then informed that 2 of the main courses were not available. I asked to see the manager who reiterated that he could not do anything about it. We cancelled our order and as we were about to leave they suddenly found the items they said they didn't have. We got our 4 courses served so quickly it really wasn't enjoyable. Very disappointing. Even more so when we learnt that a full range of bar meals was available and we could have had those instead. Oh well.

Pros: Pretty much everything. Great service, awesome accommodation. Probably the best hotel I've stayed at. If you want Instagrammable moments this is the place

Cons: If I was to criticise anything it would be: 1. Location is a tiny bit out from most of the major malls but really it's minor criticism 2. The breakfast selection wasn't as good as I would have expected. Only white bread to choose from and not much fresh fruits. If you expect a breakfast like Aloft provides then you'll be disappointed
