Relaxing , comfortable, chilled atmosphere and plenty of space

Pros: Facilities such as gym and swimming pool and chill areas were very good

Cons: Some Room cleaning staff were not properly trained , left the toilet and bathroom without cleaning them on 2 occasions , would not refill toiletries without me asking for it . . Cleaning the apartment in such a hurry that it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned . I had to report the incident to the management team . But the management dealt it well and the issue was sorted . Thanks

Pros: Facilities are all in good condition and can be accessible easily.

Cons: I got a unit with slow air-cond. We even left the aircond open for 24 hours but the unit still not cold enough.

Pros: like floating butterfly garden level 27 and le pelit playland level 21 but cant search rainbow lounge. Dissapointed cannot enter the jacuzzi pool at level 30.

Cons: I don't like the very foul smell near the elevator and the pedestrian area to the floating butterfly which is very dirty.
