Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. A lot of stuff for cleaning, ironing etc. Rooftop and pool were very nice. Good and cheap restaurant on the ground level.

Cons: No real window with a view.

Read this before you book

Pros: 1. The location of the apartment is good, quite near to the LRT Station, going to the station via Grab car is approximately RM7. 2. Easy check in procedure, just tell the security at the lobby that you are renting a homestay and do registration, then the security will bring you to the mailbox room to take the key. 3. The apartment has a gym and swimming pool. Also have a mamak and mini mart, but the price of products is higher than average. 4. Overall it is ok, good for a small family or a small group of friends to stay. Maximum 3-4 people as the unit is small.

Cons: 1. No parking lot provided by the owner. We have to park our car at the visitor parking lot. First need to register with the security with ic, and the rest of the time in and out need give the unit card and ic/driving licence to the guard. After 11pm or 12am, the security won't let you go in the carpark and you need to park at the roadside in front of the apartment. Park at your own risk. 2. The cleanliness of the unit is just so-so, the sink/ living room there have small cockroach, and the floor have hairs, dust. But the bed and sofa are ok. 3. The bunk bed is very noisy, there was a screeching sound from friction. And the room for this is very small and no aircon, seems more like a store room. 4. The lift of the apartment is very weird, slow but fast.. The waiting for the lift needs some time, but after you get into the lift, it can reach the floor you want in a very short time. 5. No water dispenser provided

Good location. Good stay. Great facilities

Pros: Great use of gym, pool, and yoga room included. Great coffee shop in the shops below. Decent location to Jelatek station . Clean modern room

Cons: Responsiveness was not great from agents. We asked to check in early and did not get a response. We arrived at check in time and there was no key and had to wait until 4pm after contacting owners etc eventually checked in. The blind in the smaller room is very thin and it is quite bright at night (bring eye mask)

Pros: Comfortable and cozy place to stay. The staff was really nice and friendly. Definitely will come and stay here again for next trip ❤️

Nice stay

Pros: Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Nice apartment block and great view from the rooftop sitting areas. Pool was nice and cool. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Handy to MRT. Good little mini mart and eateries beside the apartment.

Cons: The loungers at the pool were broken and should have been repaired or replaced. There were no soaps/shampoos provided in our apartment. No drinking water provided, there was a filter to screw on the tap but I didn't trust it. Sofa was not very comfortable.

Pros: It’s such a great experience stay with 3rdNvenue 003. We got New, clean, comfy facilities with such an affordable price. No worries to bring towel, body wash, shampoo, hand wash & dishes soapeasy access to attraction area. Friendly & fast respond services. Have good consideration towards customer situation & needs. Easy registration & convenience parking space.Highly recommend for small family.

Cons: Need to have kettle in there.

Lo recomiendo

Pros: El personal muy amable y el auto check in muy bien explicado por WhatsApp. Habitacion limpia y comoda y de buen descanso. Un poco alejado de la ciudad pero facil de moverse. Hay un super y restaurant en la calle porque lo si llegas un poco tarde puedes encontrar donde comer o comprar.

Cons: Solo a modo de mejorar, la limpieza del baño y los utensillos de la mesa, quizas las personas anteriores no lo dejaron limpio asi que seria hueno chequear eso antes de entregar la habitacion. El resto todo mas que bien.

The great holiday with a problematic elevator services.

Pros: The house is very good. All of the mini kitchen appliances working nicely. The air conditioner also in good condition. The swimming pool is in good shape.

Cons: The thing that annoying our holidays is the elevator services that could take 30 minutes for us to get the turn. There are 5 elevator plus 1 elevator for Bomba. Only 3 elevator are working during our holiday. The others 2 elevator just stay down.

Pros: Bon rapport qualité/prix pour un passage rapide

Cons: Il y a des cafards, et manque une vraie fenêtre sur l’extérieur
