Pros: Really enjoyed my stay at Neu Suites. The unit was clean, well-prepared, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The location is convenient and the environment was nice and quiet. Overall a great experience and would stay here again.

We had a comfortable stay with a beautiful KLCC view and good service. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come

Pros: I like the property because it’s clean, well-maintained, and has a comfortable layout. We liked that the room was very clean, offered a clear view of KLCC, the swimming pool was always well maintained, and the housekeeping staff were very helpful during our check in.

Cons: The property was nice, but the lift was a bit slow during peak hours. However, it was not a problem, and we were comfortable staying in the unit.

Exceptional!

Pros: Room was clean and nice, smells good too! Bathroom is clean, bed was nice and the facilities are clean and complete. Checking in and out was easy, still waiting for the deposit to be transferred in but everything else is good. Parking was also provided.

Cons: The shower curtain is a bit moldy and the door lock battery is low, had to tap the card a few times for the number to be visible, everything else works well.

Pros: The suites was small and compact. It has everything that need. The rooms were very nice and has a very nice smell to it. The water pressure is good.
