Pros: Wonderful stay, clean and modern! I enjoyed my one night stay and would return next time i am in Kaula Lumpar! The price is very good for the room you get and the staff are also nice and respond very quickly to any enquires.
Cons: Nothing! Everything was fantastic!

Overall great value for high end apartment
Pros: Hi spec serviced apartments, modern and very clean. Great facilities - gym pool etc.
Cons: Gym was too small for the amount of guests using it, and not enough equipment.

Great option to hotel .. modern, clean and reception.
Pros: Great alternative to hotel new age bnb manages 100s of suites.. modern very clean (spacious) and good pricing. No breakfast or daily cleaning but really not needed .. you get a half week clean complimentary and can pay for more .. good couple of restaurants in building, Western food and the Aussie milk Latte ..kitchenette with oven. In bigger units .. has a reception onsite until 2 am on the morning .. book here with confidence♡ hint larger suites worth upgrade if you are staying in.
Cons: Bit light on kitchen items bought a tin-bottle opener. This room did not have water filter like some small rooms

Superb city living in bustling KL.
Pros: We found these modern, chic apartments were ideal for our KL stay. Upstairs, there was an infinity pool with epic city views, along with daybeds, a sauna and a gym — we made use of the lot, as much as possible! It was great for a flavour of city living, as we were so well-placed to get around. Downstairs, there was also a handy coffee shop. The apartment itself was spacious, super-comfy and kitted out with all we needed. And the staff were incredibly speedy at replying on WhatsApp!
Cons: We had an issue with the locking mechanism on our front door and a leaking air con unit during our stay, but both were seen to with haste.

Amazing
Pros: Amazing place, beautiful room, nice staff, swimming pool on the roof is absolutely perfect. Will stay again.
Cons: It is noisy from the road, but wasn't a big problem for us. Also it was coсkroach in the room, but staff helped to resolve this issue.

Nice apartment - suitable for those going to Gleneagles Hospital
Pros: A day before arrival, they send message on what to do upon arrival which helps. Check in was quick. Easy access to basement parking, and can go straight to the room floor. Room was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfy. And since it was on 20th floor, it was breezing when open the windows. Well lighted and good value for money.
Cons: Should put free channels on all tv ie normal tv programs instead of relying wholly on account based channel eg Netflix etc.

Solo, as a couple, or with family: if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the place!
Pros: We stayed at Novo Ampang with our 15-month-old baby and had a perfect experience. The welcome was extremely warm, with a professional and very helpful on-site security, which felt very reassuring. The apartment is spacious, very quiet, well located, and fully comfortable for daily life, especially with a child. Clean, cozy, and truly feels like home. We would definitely stay here again!!! 🫶🏽
