Great value stay in a strategic KL location, with transparent management and quick, reliable support.

Pros: Strategic location with a nice restaurant and live music place to hung out just down stairs the place. Hard to beat Novo value for money in KL. Also, the check in, deposit and cleaning services were very transparent and honest making it a reliable business, different that many others in KL.

Cons: Had minor issues with the microwave and iron but they promptly replied to fix/ replace them.
