Good location and facilities, everything else average

Pros: The location is great, close to LRT stations, Nexus and the Sphere. The facilities (pools, play area and gym) are clean and well maintained.

Cons: The door code provided was incorrect, it was remotely resolved after an hour of communicating with the staff via WhatsApp. I had specified a late check-in on booking.com and the staff was aware of it. However, when this incident happened the staff implied that if remote attempts were unsuccessful, none of their staff would physically come to resolve the matter as it was \

Pros: Kitchen available with rice cooker and washing machine. Clean rooms. Most of amenities like tissue, garbage bags, cleaning liquids were included.

Cons: If wud be really nice if card could open door also. If cleaning was available in package then it would have been great

Most of the things are clean except for bedsheets.

Pros: Strategic location, not too big nor too small for solo traveler. Quiet, nice view. Provided cooking utensils. Provided invoice immediately after stay.

Cons: Found hair and pubic hair on the bed, not sure if they changed it after the previous guest. No mineral water provided as per description, no toilet paper and tissue in the tissue box left a bit only. Aircond turned off itself in the midnight for 2 nights. WhatsApp chat disappeared after 24 hours which makes it inconvenient to track back door passcode, conversation and other check in details.
